Over on the MacTalk forums there’s a thread that started this whole site, in which we discuss how it was that we came to build the original ‘ultimate’ iTunes media server.
 
Of course we’ve been hounded by ridicule at the choice of technology (we love Apple, so get over it), the money that was spent (it’s mainly second hand gear, besides which we’ll waste our cash as we see fit) and everything in between.
